Eligibility Requirements
Rewholesale pricing is reserved for verified landscape contractors, builders, and related professionals with an active business license. Accounts must remain in good standing to continue receiving rewholesale access.
Account Use
Purchases made under a rewholesale account must be completed by the business owner or approved team members. Clients may visit the supply yard with you or your staff present. Unaccompanied clients will be directed to standard retail pricing.
Product Knowledge
Rewholesale partners are expected to have a working knowledge of materials and general landscaping selections. Our team is available for clarification when needed, but detailed design help or product selection support is considered a retail service.
Pricing and Warranty Policy
Rewholesale pricing reflects bulk or contractor savings and does not include warranty coverage. Rewholesale pricing may not be shared with retail customers or used to price projects publicly.
Product Selection and Pickup
All materials purchased at rewholesale pricing must be taken at the time of purchase. For large items that require special transport, we can hold marked items for a short grace period, depending on availability. Payment is collected at pickup. Prepaying to reserve products is not allowed.
Refunds and Returns
Returns on bulk materials and large items are not permitted. Refunds on smaller container products may be considered at our team’s discretion based on the condition of the material at the time of return.
On Site Conduct and Safety
Rewholesale customers and their team members must follow all posted safety instructions while on the property. This includes respecting restricted access areas and loading procedures. Unsafe behavior may result in account suspension.
Material Handling
Once materials are purchased, they must be removed from the property the same day. Taylor’s Services is not responsible for storage, watering, or care of sold products.
Annual Purchase Minimum
Rewholesale accounts are expected to meet a yearly purchase minimum of five thousand dollars. Accounts that do not meet this requirement may be adjusted to retail status.
Seasonal Hours
Our operating hours vary by season. Updated hours will always be shared with rewholesale customers in advance through email.
Account Compliance
Taylor’s Services reserves the right to adjust or revoke rewholesale eligibility at any time if account guidelines are violated.
